These chips are designed to keep compute cores fully busy, especially in context rich inference tasks like generative video and ambient AI agents.

While this won’t land inside your average enterprise SaaS app, it’s a core enabler for those building the next gen stack, from GPU as a service platforms like Lambda to hyperscalers like Azure and AWS. More importantly, it reflects Nvidia’s playbook, lock customers into an end to end hardware and software infrastructure with highly specialized components that discourage piecemeal adoption. As Gartner’s Chirag Dekate put it, “If you're using Nvidia, you're either using all or no Nvidia.”

The new frontier of product, instant feedback, AI driven insight loops

Neural nets and qubits won’t converge overnight, but this partnership sets the table for when they do.

Altman warns service jobs are first in the AI firing line

OpenAI’s Sam Altman dropped a reality check this week, the AI wave won’t just create cool apps, it’s going to replace a lot of service jobs, starting with customer support. “Those people will lose their jobs,” he said, adding that AI will do the job “better.”

Forget buttons, AI UX lives in the logic layer now

A sharp new piece dropped this week arguing that AI’s “UI problem” isn’t a design flaw, it’s a sign we’ve entered a new paradigm where the core value of software has moved beneath the surface.

In traditional apps, interface was product. Now, in AI native tools, the UI is just the wrapper. What matters is what’s under the hood, how context, agents, query planning, and feedback loops are layered and orchestrated. A cursor that feels “magical” is doing context preloading, hot path caching, and speculative decoding, not just serving up a nice textarea.

This reframes product strategy, in a world of shared base models and similar interfaces, competitive moat shifts from brand or visuals to internal tooling, orchestration strategies, and how well models are scaffolded and supervised. It also means startups can win not with better UIs, but with better logic flows and feedback mechanisms that adapt fast.
